- Full Refunds: Available within 5 days of purchase if no services have been delivered (e.g., no initial consultation or advisory report provided). You must notify us in writing via email at ops@Bookskyfares.com with your order details.
- Partial Refunds:
- 50% refund if services have been partially delivered (e.g., initial consultation completed but full advisory pending).
- No refunds for completed services, as our expertise is non-recoverable once provided.
- Non-Refundable Items: Subscription-based advisories, downloadable reports, or services accessed post-delivery are final and non-refundable.
Refund Request Process
- Submit a request within 30 days of purchase to ops@Bookskyfares.com, including your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
- We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds exclude any processing fees charged by payment providers (e.g., 3% for credit cards).
Exclusions and Limitations
- No refunds for changes in travel plans, itinerary preferences, or dissatisfaction with advisory recommendations, as these are based on professional judgment.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) do not qualify for refunds unless explicitly covered in your service agreement.
- All sales are final after the 5-day window or upon service delivery.

- Bookskyfares’s service fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
- Fees apply in addition to airline or supplier charges.
- Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. The amount shown on your card statement will match the total displayed on our website or quoted by our executive.
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if fare rules allow it, you are not marked as a “no show,” and Bookskyfares has accepted your refund request.
- All special service requests are handled on a request-only basis. Fees will be charged upon processing, but if the airline denies the request, the fee may be refunded.
